Mr. & Mrs. Sam Pleasants Receive Award

Mr. and Mrs. Sam Pleasants of Rossville, TN have received the 2022 Governor’s Award. Sam had notified the local Soil Consevation office of a huge gulley on his farm and it eventually received funding to be corrected. This project will save sediment from Tennessee streams and rivers making them cleaner and more environmentally efficient.
