AARP Scholarship Recipient

On Friday, July 14, 2023, at their regularly scheduled meeting, the Fayette County AARP Chapter #5299 presented Autumn Griggs with a $1,200 scholarship, a certificate of achievement, and a beautiful fruit basket. Ms. Griggs, who recently graduated from FWCHS, placing 7th in her class of 186 students, plans to attend UT Chattanooga and major in architecture. She was accompanied by her grandmother, Mrs. ReElla Tisdale and a friend, William Blayde, who are pictured with her above.
