Julio Contreras of Blue Oval City is Welcomed to Oakland

The Town of Oakland welcomes one of their newest citizens, Julio Contreras, to their community. Julio is the Body Area Manager for the Tennessee Electric Vehicle Center for Blue Oval City. He will be working closely with Oakland as the main point of contact with Blue Oval City.
