DISCRIMINATION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Tennessee team for the Discrimination Financial Assistance Program (DFAP) will hold ANOTHER series of Technical Assistance Workshops to assist Farmers, Ranchers, and Landowners who have experienced discrimination in the USDA farm loan program before January 1, 2021. The workshops will assist them in completing and reviewing their completed applications before the deadline (now extended to January 13, 2024). The NEXT West TN Workshops are as follows: October 6th, Stanton TN: Douglass Community Center from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 1037 Douglas Rd, Stanton TN 38069. October 9th, Somerville, TN: The Venue (The Old Freds) from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 1620 Hwy 64 Somerville, TN 38068. October 11th, Ripley, TN: University of TN Martin Ripley Center from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 315 Washington St. Ripley, TN 38063.
