FREE to Fayette County (ONLY) residents who qualify for SNAP benefits, Home Energy Assistance, SSI, Public housing, TANF, Medicare or Medicaid and who are willing to complete & sign a self-declaration of income statement showing total household income. NO MORE THAN 3 HOUSEHOLDS PER CAR. MUST SHOW PHOTO ID AND PROOF OF RESIDENCY
