New School Board Members Take Oath of Office

The Fayette County School Board met on Thursday, September 5, 2024. A swearing in ceremony was held first by County Mayor Skip Taylor for the new members. They are, left to right, David Reeves, Dr. Mike Brown,  Becky Trimm, Merrell Miller, and Hal Rounds. Board member Warner Speakman was chosen as Chairman and Dr. Brown as Vice-Chairman. Hal Rounds will serve as their Tennessee legislative representative.
